Sagamore Return Policy

• All returned books must have prior approval from Sagamore Publishing.
• To obtain approval, submit the form below.
• All other returns will be refused.
• All returns must have transportation paid by the customer and shipped at their own risk.
• All returns must arrive in PRISTINE condition and re-sellable. No stickered product or excessive wear.
• Books must be returned in their original unopened shrink wrap.
• Merchandise credits will be issued for returns.
• No cash receipts or refunds.
• Returns must be made between 90 and 360 days after the invoice date.
• There is a 15% restocking fee associated with all approved returns.
• Credit memos will expire from 1 year of issue date of credit memo.

After submission, we will review your request, and notify you by email whether or not your request is approved.
