Bookstore Returns

If you represent a book store and would like to request a return authorization, please fill out the online return authorizaton form.

Individual Purchase Returns

Please contact us for more information regarding item returns. 

  • All items must be in NEW condition.  Books must be returned in their original unopened shrink-wrap
  • eBooks and eTexts are not refundable
  • You must contact us within 15 days of the invoice date to request a return
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.

For Those With a Visual Impairment

Save 50% on the cost of a printed book by purchasing an eBook format which can utilize screen readers through Adobe Digital Editions.

Also, if the title you need is available as an eText, this new format, cheaper than the print version, is fully ADA-compliant.
